The Autonomous Industrial Holding architecture integrates with the existing MARIA OS infrastructure through the following components:
- Coordinate System: A reference holding can be addressed as Galaxy G1, with the meta-Universe at G1.U0, the Capital Universe at G1.U1, pilot subsidiaries at G1.U2 and G1.U3, the Robot Fleet Universe at G1.U4, and the Ethics Universe at G1.U5. Additional subsidiaries are added at G1.U6, G1.U7, ... without modifying the coordinate semantics.
- Data Layer: Universe-level state can be layered on the existing DataProvider pattern and analytics snapshots. The current platform already persists decisions, transitions, and evidence bundles; a dedicated
universe_statedocument model can be added on top when holding-level persistence is required. - Decision Pipeline: All holding-level decisions (capital allocation, gate threshold adjustments, conflict escalation) flow through the standard 7-state / 6-transition pipeline with immutable audit records. The Capital-Physical Circulation Loop is an orchestration pattern on top of that pipeline, not a literal replacement for the underlying state machine.
- Gate Architecture: The Fail-Closed Portfolio Engine, Robot Gate Engine, and Ethics Override Gate map onto the existing decision-pipeline, evidence, responsibility-gate, and analytics surfaces. Universe-specific thresholds can be expressed in policy/config documents rather than assuming a dedicated
gatestable. - Monitoring Dashboard: A holding-state dashboard can be layered onto the current dashboard infrastructure to render H(t), per-Universe metrics, coupling signal strengths, Lyapunov value V(t), and convergence trajectory; the exact route structure is deployment-specific rather than assumed to already exist.
Most communication can be layered on the existing API routes, DataProvider pattern, decision transitions, and analytics snapshots without changing the core coordinate or fail-closed governance model. The product structure of the holding state maps naturally to the MARIA OS coordinate hierarchy: Galaxies are holding entities, Universes are governance domains, Planets are functional areas within domains, Zones are operational units, and Agents are individual workers.
